To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying customer success roles within a high-tech environment with a proven track record of achievement
- Strong understanding of Customer Success, SaaS, and Information Security, with the ability to align technical solutions to business needs
- Demonstrable experience managing renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and maintaining high customer satisfaction within Enterprise environments
