About the Role:
A newly created senior leadership position designed to strengthen on-site operational oversight within the French business. This role provides visible, day-to-day leadership, acting as the senior escalation point for French-speaking customers and owning major incidents. Reporting directly into the Group, the position will unify merged operational teams, implement meaningful KPIs, and drive operational transformation across people, process and performance. This role will initially be offered as an 18-month contract, with the intention for it to become a permanent position at the end of the term.

Core Requirements:
- Senior-level service management experience working with complex, high-stakes customers such as telecom operators or national broadcasters.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, mission-critical services at scale, including environments with hundreds to thousands of live services.
- Background within telecoms, broadcast, or media infrastructure environments.
