About the Role:

A leading global media technology organisation is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to lead the operational function of its US commercial business. Reporting to the CCO, this role will drive commercial excellence, revenue growth, forecasting accuracy and operational scalability. The successful individual will oversee revenue operations, CRM ownership, pipeline management, commercial governance, analytics, sales enablement and growth initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional leadership teams.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • Experience leading Commercial/Revenue Operations functions with ownership of CRM platforms, forecasting, reporting, pipeline management and commercial governance.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable commercial improvements through KPI management, process optimisation, pricing governance and sales effectiveness initiatives.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations and Account Management functions within complex commercial environments.
