Our client is looking for a Satellite Program Manager to play a crucial role in the delivery of several major telecommunication satellite manufacturing programs. You will work closely with local and international vendors, and internal teams both in Europe and the US and engage with industry-renowned customers, to ensure the timely delivery of multiple next-generation satellites. This position is one of my clients’ most critical hires, you will closely assist the lead Program Manager and there will be plenty of opportunities to lead industry-disrupting programs in the future yourself.

As a Squad Leader, you’ll manage a cross-functional engineering team, providing mentorship and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll oversee timelines, remove blockers, and guide technical direction through high-level architectural discussions. This key role involves not only driving technical design activities across spacecraft AOCS, Propulsion, and Avionics solutions but also mentoring and coaching a team of mechanical engineers to achieve best-in-class results.

The position will be a Senior Programme Manager to drive strategic projects shaping industry requirements and influencing standards for cloud and virtualisation in the mobile telecommunications space. This role involves impact generation, external representation, stakeholder management, and project coordination with a focus on industry innovation.

In this role, you will be representing the company’s largest and most strategic accounts, building relationships with executive-level contacts to negotiate upgrades to existing implementations and ensure that minimum requirements are established, managed, and maintained with customers.

You will be driving technical aspects of pre-sales business opportunities through technical presentations and demonstrations, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, ensuring successful product adoption, and providing technical enablement to channel partners.

As a Senior Satellite Communication System Technical Manager, you will support a diverse range of satcom projects, conducting the procurement processes of the satellite system on behalf of the customer, with a key focus on the payload. You will lead various activities including the concept and feasibility analysis, RFP generation, and contract negotiations to ensure a seamless delivery of the customer project requirements.

As a Senior Remote Sensing Technical Manager, you will support a diverse range of remote sensing projects, conducting the procurement processes of the satellite missions on behalf of the customer.
