Jules Fretwell is Head of Revenue Operations and Technology at neuco. Drawing on extensive experience across recruitment and business operations, she leads neuco’s RevOps function, bringing sales enablement, marketing and customer success together. Jules helps the team optimise its technology, workflows and data to deliver an efficient and seamless experience for clients and candidates.

Who was, or still is, your idol?

My dad. He set an example of hard work, perseverance through adversity and always being there.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

To treat others the way you would like to be treated, and be kind.

What’s your favourite travel destination or a place you’d love to visit?

I would like to return to the Maldives.

What’s a small thing that makes your day better?

Having a laugh with colleagues at work.

What activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?

Travelling and eating out whenever possible!

What’s one thing people might not know about you?

I have scuba dived on a 40 metre deep submarine wreck.
