Who was, or still is, your idol?

I admire lots of people for different reasons, but my parents are definitely at the top of the list. They’re wise, adaptable, endlessly kind and effortlessly funny. A pretty great combination!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

“Do you, booboo.”

What’s your favourite travel destination or a place you’d love to visit?

I’d love to eat my way through South America!

What’s a small thing that makes your day better?

A large oat latte.

What activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?

I’m usually trying out a new recipe, locking into a DIY or upcycling project, or heading out for a long walk in nature. Likely with a good podcast on!

What’s one thing people might not know about you?

I’m half Peruvian, half English, and grew up in Wales. A bit of a cultural mix, and very proud of all three! Perú es clave and Cymru am byth!
