An innovative satellite communications company is seeking a Senior Payload Systems Manager to lead RF communication payload subsystem activities for GEO communication satellites. This role will oversee payload architecture, subsystem requirements flow-down, customer engagement, integration activities, and AIT support across the full satellite development lifecycle. The position requires a technically hands-on engineer with strong leadership and customer-facing capabilities.

To be successful you’ll need to have…
- 5+ years of experience as a Payload Manager or Payload Systems Engineer, specifically in RF Communications
- Must have experience in satellite AIT
- Recent hands-on experience and a willingness to remain in a hands-on technical position
