About the Role:
You’ll own a defined special‑mission / government aviation territory in the US, focused on operators in mission-critical airborne applications. You’ll inherit an existing multi‑million‑dollar run‑rate and be responsible for significantly growing this by winning new programs and expanding existing fleets. This is a full‑cycle, quota‑carrying role: from prospecting and shaping solutions with pre‑sales, through to pricing, negotiation and closing complex connectivity deals (equipment + airtime/services).
Benefits & Opportunities:
- Inherit $Xm+ of existing revenue with a clear expectation to grow to c.$Xm+
- High‑growth, strategically important part of the business with real headroom
- Genuine progression path – clear opportunity to step up into broader leadership scope for a high performer
- Remote US role with ~50% travel, with a high-trust environment.
- Direct access to senior leadership and influence over go‑to‑market in a critical segment
To be successful you’ll need to have…
- Proven multi‑$M quota‑carrying track record in complex B2B sales (ideally SATCOM, connectivity, avionics or mission systems)
- Experience selling into government / special‑mission aviation (e.g. law enforcement, ISR, medevac, etc)
- Strong commercial skills: pricing, structuring hardware + airtime/service deals, negotiation and contract management
- Applied understanding of airborne connectivity
- High energy, self‑driven, comfortable with significant travel and operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
