About the Role:
An industry-leading broadcast and media technology organisation is seeking a Manager of Technical Services and Support to lead its Americas customer support function. This role will oversee technical support operations, escalations, repair processes, demo systems, and operational improvements across the region. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing technical team while driving accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-growing business. Please note this is a fully on-site position.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- Experience leading customer support operations, with strong knowledge of software and network-related escalations
- Experience managing technical teams through a data-driven, process-led and continuous improvement approach
- Experience within broadcast, media, IP video, IP audio, live production or closely related technical environments
