The successful candidate will work across GSO and NGSO systems, supporting established satellite operators and emerging space missions.

The Company:

With a team of approximately 12 professionals, River Advisers combines technical expertise with commercial and regulatory insight. Its work spans traditional satellite communications, direct-to-device connectivity, non-terrestrial networks, in-orbit servicing and lunar missions.

Compensation, Benefits & Opportunities:

  • Enjoy flexible, home-based working while collaborating with an experienced team of satellite and regulatory specialists.
  • Work with an international portfolio of satellite operators and emerging space companies on complex technical and regulatory projects.
  • Gain exposure to GSO and NGSO systems, spectrum coordination, interference analysis and next-generation space applications.
  • Join a close-knit consultancy where there is genuine scope to influence business development, contribute ideas and shape the company’s future direction.
  • Represent River Advisers’ clients in regulatory discussions involving organisations such as Ofcom, CEPT and the ITU.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience of the ITU filing process for satellite services and frequency coordination, including use of ITU BR and Transfinite Visualyse software.
  • Extensive knowledge of the ITU Radio Regulations, Recommendations, and Resolutions.
  • In-depth experience of interference assessments, sharing studies, compliance with technical standards, and frequency coordination negotiations with other satellite operators.
