About the Role:
A leading provider in the streaming media technology space is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Pre-Sales to manage enterprise accounts and deliver high-level support and onboarding for major broadcasters and OTT platforms. The role will also support pre-sales activities including demos, RFPs, and POCs. You’ll be working in a dynamic scale-up environment, collaborating with both technical and commercial teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:
- Experience with streaming or CDN solutions within the B2B vendor space
- Experience in working with enterprise-level customers
- Background in technical customer success and ideally pre-sales
