About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership role with real ownership, taking charge of an established technical operations team of around four.

You’ll sit at the intersection of operations, engineering, and customers, owning service delivery and operational performance, while staying close enough to the technology to be hands-on when it matters. From supporting complex customer deployments to shaping platform evolution and product direction, you’ll have direct influence on how the business operates and scales.
