With a team of 30+, the role drives strategic customer success initiatives, manages performance metrics, and leads continuous improvement around systems and workflow optimisation.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

  • Experience leading Customer Success or Technical Operations teams of 30+ people within complex, multi-regional environments
  • Background in operational process development within technical or broadcast/streaming environments
  • Proven ability to implement customer self-service strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across large-scale functions
