The Challenge: To find an experienced satellite and space executive for a high growth, scaling, NewSpace constellation operator and service provider to oversee the design, build and launch of a next generation NGSO satellite platform, the rollout of commercial service and the development and operation of their ground based infrastructure.

The Outcome: Within a record turnaround for a position if this seniority, we were able to source, qualify and close a seasoned NewSpace executive who not had previous experience of working for a scaling start-up within the space but who also had the required technical skill set as well as experience within space segment design and manufacturing for NGSO solutions. We were also able to assist in the logistics of relocating this candidate to the Netherlands during the global pandemic.
