The Challenge:
After a strong quarter, this business needed to rapidly build out its European Commercial team, starting with a Strategic Account Manager, who had experience working across EMEA based out of London. This had to be an individual with a strong track record of selling complex SaaS solutions and cloud confidently bringing in new business. Crucially this individual had to be somebody who was hungry to succeed and could hit the ground running.
Our Solution:
Knowing the European UK market well, we were able to quickly call individuals known to neuco and four days later submitted our initial shortlist, including the chosen candidate. We had to work in very close partnership with our client, due to the multiple, international interview process and coordinate across timezones to quickly manage all the moving parts.
The Outcome:
11 days after qualifying this job, we had a candidate being offered the role and a week later he started his first day! It was brilliant to work so closely with this business and a delight to be able to move so quickly for such an urgent role!
