About the Role:

We’re searching for a driven and consultative Presales Consultant to join a high-impact Network Solutions team based in Japan. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and client engagement, working closely with commercial and product teams to identify customer pain points and deliver compelling, data-rich solutions across both mobile and broadband telecom networks. You’ll become the technical expert in client engagements, owning solution design, leading product demonstrations, and shaping customer experience through feedback and collaboration with engineering teams. Your work will empower telecommunications leaders with real-time network performance insights, helping to drive smarter decisions across marketing, strategy, and operations.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling, pre-sales, or analytics within telecom, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Strong analytical capabilities, ideally using SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Proven ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and storytelling
  • Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) and proficient in English
  • A consultative approach and experience working with large datasets and network KPIs
  • Experience in both mobile (cellular) and fixed-line broadband use cases is a bonus
