About the Role:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead strategic customer relationships, driving adoption and long-term value from our clients’ CDN solutions. This is a highly technical role, blending professional services with customer success, where you’ll act as the technical quarterback during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement.
