About the Role:

This role is to lead and develop the company’s product management team across all commercial offerings for the entire product chain from the ground up. You will be crafting strategic plans, and business cases whilst fostering a collaborative, accountable, and innovative environment to create market-leading solutions.

You will be partnering with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with market trends and company growth priorities. By leading the team, you will oversee product readiness, launch phases, and training for distribution partners, providing sales support via technical materials, presentations, and training.

This role will focus on introducing new products, enhancing features, and addressing customer needs while contributing to revenue growth and profitability.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • Strong leadership and product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with 15+ years in product development/management and in cellular, networking, or satellite communications.
  • Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching teams, with strong organizational development and change management skills.
  • Skilled at consensus-building across leadership levels, driving strategic discussions, and leading cross-functional collaborations.
  • Adept at multi-tasking, solving complex problems independently, and thinking creatively to propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to present technical and business ideas, lead executive meetings, and simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Quick to learn proprietary systems, emerging technologies, and adapt to organizational processes.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Driven by a sense of ownership, urgency, and a passion for achieving impactful outcomes.
