What is your favourite thing about working at neuco?
The people. Being surrounded by talented, supportive colleagues who are not only passionate about their work but also willing to help each other grow makes a huge difference. I also deeply value the culture where making mistakes is not just accepted, but encouraged as part of the learning process.

Diamonds are made under pressure, so just get on with it.
What’s your favourite travel destination or a place you’d love to visit?
So far, my favourite travel spot has been India.
What’s a small thing that makes your day better?
Always doing a minimum of 10k steps every day.
What activities or hobbies do you enjoy outside of work?
You’ll either find me in the gym, at a music event or with friends – yet to do all 3 at once!
What’s one thing people might not know about you?
That I’m half Italian.
