The Challenge: Our client needed to expand their footprint in German-speaking Switzerland. For this, they required target-overachieving Cyber salespeople who have won business with the region’s largest Enterprises.
Our Solution: Having also placed the sales leader within the same business recently, we advised on the regional talent pool and worked with them to qualify the core requirements of the position. We reached out to our deep local network, alongside proactively headhunting key individuals from the wider market to sell them on the unique qualities of the opportunity.
The Outcome: The batch of 12 candidates we provided was so strong, that the client moved forward with three offers. Two of these have been accepted at the time of writing, with the third currently in negotiation!
