  • In-depth Consultations
    Through discussions with your key stakeholders, our team will identify what you really need beyond the job description. This is typically captured as three core requirements, which form the basis of our searches to ensure we’re hunting for your exact specifications.
  • Pre-Search Report
    Based on your agreed requirements, we’ll map relevant organisations and conduct in-depth searches to uncover the best talent in the market. That includes passive talent and people with transferable skills who are looking to move into your niche.
  • 4-Stage Screening
    We engage and attract prospective candidates for you. This includes gauging candidate interest, assessing suitability, performing skills based interviews, and undertaking cultural and leadership assessments.
  • Selection & Submission
    Only those who meet your needs will be selected to progress. Each profile is submitted with detailed evidence on how they meet your requirements, so you can focus on interviewing candidates rather than qualifying them, as the initial screening has already been done.
  • Process Management
    We’ll oversee all aspects of the recruitment process for you. Whether that’s interview logistics, candidate feedback, or offers and rejections, we will take care of everything so that you can focus on running your company.
  • Negotiations & Hiring
    Working closely with you and your chosen candidate, we’ll assist with all aspects of contract negotiation to ensure a smooth transition for you both. We will also be on-hand to help your new hire handle the resignation process, reducing the stress of transitioning into a new role.
  • Post-Placement Review
    We’re as committed to your new hire’s long-term success as you are. After six months in their new role, we'll perform a detailed 360 review with key stakeholders about their integration into your organisation, helping you build towards long-term success.
